DEEPHAVEN COVE · STEWARDSHIP
Caring for our corner of the world.
Our woodland, our water, and the work of shared care.
RESTORING OUR HABITAT
The land beneath
our everyday lives.
Our shared landscape is not just the space around the buildings. It is the woodland canopy, the boulders, the gardens, the pond, and the places where neighbors cross paths. Caring for these places brings beauty and responsibility together.
A SEASON OF SHARED CARE · 2026
Four places.
One connected story.
From the entrance to the woodland edge, four places show how care for our shared landscape connects. For completed work and project status, visit Community Projects .
Entrance corridor
Revealing the character of the Cove
Spirea removal, boulder reveal, tree trimming, and mulch brought renewed attention to the natural features that frame the arrival home.
Woodland Sanctuary
Caring for a forgotten space
Accumulated dumped material was removed, buckthorn clearing opened the woodland, and shade plantings helped establish a renewed sense of care.
Shared places
Small improvements, everyday connections
Playground mulch and a gathering table, together with a pollinator garden at the mail kiosk, connected restoration with daily neighborhood life.
Pond & drainage
Paying attention to water
Vegetation management and drainage clearing restored flow through an affected area and brought pond stewardship into the community conversation.
WOODLAND
Working with what belongs here.
Our mature canopy and glacial boulders anchor the neighborhood. Removing dumped material and addressing invasive growth helped reveal the character of the woodland again.
The Woodland SanctuaryWATER
Looking beyond the surface.
The pond and wetland at the entrance have a place in both the beauty and the practical care of the community. Our 2026 work brought water movement and drainage maintenance into focus.

CARE THAT CONTINUES
Restoration is
a practice.
Plantings need time, shared spaces need attention, and learning continues from one season to the next. Notice a concern? Report its location through the current community reporting channel. Coordinate work in common areas before making changes.
