PRIVACY

We keep
almost nothing.

No accounts and no sign-ups. The only thing this website saves is what residents choose to post on the Neighbors’ Board.

What this site keeps

Nothing about you as a visitor. The site’s own code does not record your visits, your network address, or what you read.

Light or dark

If you choose light or dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser so the next page matches. It never leaves your device.

Visit counts

This site does not use analytics or any other tracking. If the association switches on visit counts later, this section will say so first.

The Neighbors’ Board

When the Board is open, it keeps what residents post there: the topic, title and message, the name you choose to show (or none), when it was posted, and which home’s access code was used, as a number from 1 to 28. That number lets the moderator replace a code that is misused; the website itself does not know which home has which number. The Board keeps no names unless you type one, no email addresses and no network addresses. Posts are seen only by residents signed in with a code. You can delete your own posts and replies at any time, and the moderator can delete any.

Signing in leaves a cookie in your browser for six months. It says which home’s code was used and nothing else, and signing out removes it. To keep the Board from being flooded, the server briefly counts attempts from each network address in its memory, in a scrambled form; the counts are never written down and are gone when the server restarts.

The hosting company

The site runs on Railway. Like every web host, Railway keeps short-lived request logs (the address a request came from and the browser that sent it) so problems can be traced; how long it keeps them depends on the hosting plan. We do not export or keep them.
