DEEPHAVEN COVE · COMMUNITY

A community rooted in nature.

Woodland living. Community stewardship. Natural beauty.

BOUTIQUE WOODLAND LIVING

Everyday life.
Room to belong.

Life at the Cove includes the familiar stops between our front doors: collecting the mail, noticing a garden in bloom, and saying hello along Valley Cove Court.

Our twenty-eight homes make room for different interests and different ways to participate. Some neighbors enjoy gatherings; others contribute a story, a seasonal observation, or a helping hand.

Our sense of home includes the land between our front doors—and the connections we choose to make with one another.

WHAT WE VALUE

More than a collection
of homes.

01

Stewardship

We care for the land so it can care for future generations. Thoughtful attention to our shared surroundings is part of caring for home.

02

Community

We build connections through kindness, participation, and shared purpose. There is room for different interests and different ways of contributing.

03

Sustainability

We care for our woodland, gardens, and wetland with the future in mind. Learning about the landscape helps us make thoughtful choices.

04

Pride of Place

We notice the beauty around us and take pride in caring for our shared home. Everyday attention makes the Cove a welcoming place to belong.

MOMENTS AROUND THE COVE

A little kindness.
A reason to stop.

A lemonade stand, a bicycle ride, and a book to choose. Small moments give community life its character.

FIND YOUR WAY TO BELONG

A conversation.
A story. A small kindness.

Join a gathering, learn about our gardens, share a seasonal observation, or lend your skills to something you enjoy. Community can grow without asking everyone to participate in the same way.
