EVERYTHING YOUR FAMILY NEEDS, CLOSE TO HOME

A peaceful street.
A connected address.

Deephaven Cove feels tucked away beneath its canopy of mature trees. Yet a quiet setting does not mean stepping away from the things that make daily life work. Schools and libraries. Parks, trails, and places to swim. Shopping, restaurants, banks, churches, wellness centers, and public services. Together, these resources connect our quiet street to a much larger community.

Downtown Wayzata is an under-five-minute drive in our local estimate; Ridgedale Center is about ten. From a quick Target run to a lingering meal, the surrounding area gives residents choices—and a beautiful place to come home to afterward.

THE CONVENIENCE OF A GREAT LOCATION

Close to what you need.
Connected to what you love.

01

A LITTLE LAKESIDE, EVERY DAY

Downtown Wayzata

Pick up a coffee. Browse a favorite shop. Meet someone for lunch, then take the long way back along the lakefront. With downtown Wayzata so close, a destination afternoon can fit into an ordinary day.

Under five minutes by car in the community’s local estimate, Wayzata brings boutiques, cafés, restaurants, and everyday services into the rhythm of life at the Cove. Explore the Chamber’s current directory to find your next stop.

02

SHOPPING, DINING & A CHANGE OF SCENE

Ridgedale Center

A gift to find. A wardrobe refresh. Dinner with friends. Ridgedale puts a broad collection of shopping and dining choices within an easy outing from home.

About ten minutes by car in the community’s local estimate, Ridgedale Center is at 12401 Wayzata Boulevard in Minnetonka. Its directory brings together stores and restaurants so you can plan one stop or a whole afternoon.

03

THE THINGS YOUR DAY NEEDS

Target & groceries

The beauty of a woodland setting is even better when everyday errands stay manageable. Household essentials, groceries, and the little things you forgot belong close to home, too.

Target’s Minnetonka store on County Road 101 and its Ridgedale store offer two local options. Lunds & Byerlys lists a Wayzata location at 1151 Wayzata Boulevard East. Use the store pages for current hours, available services, and directions.

04

LEARNING & LOCAL CONNECTIONS

Minnetonka schools

For families considering the Cove, understanding the schools is part of getting to know the neighborhood. Start with clear information from Minnetonka Public Schools, then explore what fits your family.

The district offers enrollment information, school profiles, calendars, and an address-based boundary tool. Groveland Elementary is one local school to learn about. Confirm the district and assigned schools for the specific home address directly with enrollment staff; proximity alone does not establish attendance eligibility.

05

PRACTICAL STOPS, CLOSE TO YOUR ROUTINE

Banks & everyday services

Some of the best conveniences are the quiet ones: a bank branch, an ATM, or an errand you can combine with the grocery run. Nearby commercial centers make room for the practical side of life.

For example, U.S. Bank lists its Wayzata branch at 1212 Wayzata Boulevard East, with a walk-up ATM. The local Chamber directory is another starting point for finding professional services and businesses throughout the surrounding community.

06

PLACES TO GATHER & BELONG

Churches & community

A sense of place grows through the connections people choose. Nearby congregations offer places to worship, gather, volunteer, and build relationships beyond the neighborhood.

Local examples include St. Therese in Deephaven, St. Bartholomew in Wayzata, and Wayzata Community Church. These are starting points for exploration, not an exhaustive list. Each congregation’s website provides its own information about services and participation.

07

DISCOVER SOMETHING NEW

Libraries & lifelong learning

A book to bring home. A place to study. A program that sparks a new interest. Libraries make the surrounding community richer at every age.

Hennepin County Library locations include Wayzata and Ridgedale. Explore each branch’s current hours, services, and events through the county library website.

08

MAKE WELLNESS PART OF YOUR ROUTINE

Williston & The Marsh

Time in the pool, a fitness class, or a little room to focus on feeling well. Nearby recreation and wellness facilities add another dimension to life at the Cove.

The City of Minnetonka operates Williston Fitness Center and The Marsh. Their official pages provide current fitness, aquatics, program, and membership information. Our original artwork calls Williston a recreation center; the city’s current name is Williston Fitness Center.

09

A COMMUNITY THAT SUPPORTS DAILY LIFE

City services & public safety

A connected address means knowing where to turn for practical information, too—from city services to the people responsible for public safety.

Start with the City of Minnetonka for municipal information, permits, public works, police, and fire department resources. Follow current official guidance rather than the approximate distances shown in the artwork. For an emergency, call 911.

10

NATURE IS PART OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Parks, trails & lake living

A playground afternoon. A woodland walk. Time beside Lake Minnetonka. Outdoor places and everyday resources belong to the same story of living well here.

Our Recreation page brings together Deephaven beaches, the regional trail, Minnetonka parks, Wayzata, and Excelsior. Pair this practical guide with that invitation to explore.

Plan with current information: business locations, hours, services, and school assignments can change. Follow the official links above for details. Drive times are approximate community estimates, not measured travel guarantees.

THE TWO SIDES OF LIFE AT THE COVE

A destination to explore.
A neighborhood to call home.

Lakefront afternoons and everyday errands. Restaurants and woodland gardens. A well-connected location and the calm of a quiet street. Together, they make the Cove a place to enjoy the life around you—and the home you return to.
