Fall Leaf Cleanup by Lunseth

Dear Deephaven Cove Homeowners,

The fall clean up of your property will be taking place the week of November 16th-20th. Your contract with Lunseth Lawn (your provider) calls for 1 clean up in the fall. This sometimes can be tricky to calculate, too soon, and all of the leaves haven’t dropped yet, too late, and snow can come upon you quickly preventing the cleanup to take place.

This week with the continual rain you have noticed that it has helped in knocking down the leaves around the property. Because this season has been warmer than usual, and because of a strong El Nino pattern, it should allow for the weather to cooperate for your fall clean up this year.

Thank you,

Gene Sullivan, New Concepts Management.
