Why is Valley Cove Court a private road?
Valley Cove Court is privately owned and maintained by the Association. Unlike public streets maintained by the city, residents collectively fund street maintenance, snow removal, lighting, landscaping, and long-term infrastructure improvements.

Rather than relying on high-maintenance shrub beds, the community is transitioning toward shade-loving perennials, native plants, pollinator gardens, and woodland landscaping that thrives beneath our mature tree canopy.
What does the Association maintain?
The Association is responsible for maintaining common elements and shared community assets, including:
